What exactly do I get?
Three things working together in one 15-minute session:
- Deep contoured heatThree levels, shaped to fill the hollow of your neck
- Soft vibrationThree speeds, sitting over the knots at the base of your skull
- Gentle stretchA 26° curve so your own head weight does the work
- CordlessSofa, bed or floor — no socket needed
- Safety shut-offTurns itself off, so you can’t fall asleep on it
Isn’t this just a heated neck pillow?
The heat matters most, and the shape is what makes the heat work. A flat pad rests on top of your neck, so it only warms your shoulders and the back of your head. The sore part sits in the gap between them and never gets warm. This fills that gap. Then it buzzes to help the muscle let go, and the weight of your own head gives it a slow stretch.
Is it strong enough?
It’s firm, not brutal. Hard pressure on a neck that’s already sore usually makes it tense up more, so this warms the muscle first and lets it soften on its own. If you want something that pounds you, a massage gun will do that — we’d rather say so now than have you disappointed.
How often should I use it, and when will I notice?
10 to 15 minutes, once or twice a day. Build up from 5 minutes if you’re very tight. Most people feel their neck loosen in the first session, but the bigger change is waking up less stiff after three or four nights. Speak to your doctor before using it if you:
- Have had neck or spine surgery
- Have a disc problem or a trapped nerve
- Are pregnant, or have a pacemaker

Three things happen. In this order.
Heat first, then the muscle lets go, then it stretches. That order is why it holds longer than a rub or a hot shower.
-
Deep Heat
Three heat levels, shaped to sit in the hollow of your neck. A flat pad bridges over that gap. This one fills it, so the warmth reaches the muscle that’s actually sore.
-
Soft Vibration
Three speeds, right under the knots at the base of your skull. It’s not a hammer — it works the muscle gently until it stops holding on.
-
Gentle Stretch
A 26° curve lets the weight of your own head open your neck up. Nothing straps on and nothing pulls, so it can’t go too far. You just lie back.
Trusted by practitioners
“Heat and gentle traction are two of the first things I’d reach for with a tight, overworked neck. What I like about this one is the shape — most heat pads sit flat on top and never reach the muscles at the base of the skull, which is where nearly everyone I see is holding tension.
It won’t change anyone’s posture and it isn’t a substitute for strength work. But the reason most home devices fail is that people stop using them. Fifteen minutes lying down is something my clients will actually keep doing, and consistency is usually the bit that decides whether anything helps.”
What actually changed for them
Most of these people had already tried the pillows, the physio and the painkillers.

One session at a clinic. Or this, every night, forever.
A sports massage is $80–150 and you wait weeks for it. A course of physio runs into the hundreds. This costs about what one appointment costs, and then it’s yours — no booking, no travel, no explaining where it hurts to somebody new.
-
Charge it
One charge covers several sessions.
-
Lie back
Sofa, bed or floor. Nothing to strap on.

Press start
Fifteen minutes, then it stops on its own.
There’s no risk to you.
You’ve already spent enough on things that didn’t help your neck. If this turns out to be another one of them, we don’t want your money.
So we’ll say it plainly. Use it every night for 60 nights. If your neck isn’t looser, fill in our contact form with your order number and we’ll refund you in full. Any reason, or no reason at all.
