Free, tracked, and on its way within 24 hours.

How long does it take?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Delivery to the US takes 4–7 days from dispatch.

Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next working day.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with tracking included.

Where do you ship?

We currently deliver across the United States.

If you're outside the US, get in touch through our contact form before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it leaves us. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing updates after you receive it — that's normal, and it doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.

If your tracking hasn't moved after 5 working days, contact us and we'll chase it.

Delays

Most orders arrive inside the window above. Occasionally weather, carrier backlogs or holiday periods add a few days. If your order is running late, get in touch — we'll find out where it is and tell you straight.
