These terms apply when you use shopamoretta.com or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them.

1. Who we are

Trading as Amoretta.

You can reach us through the contact form on this site. We reply within 24 hours on working days.

2. Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we send you a confirmation email. If we can't fulfil an order — stock, a pricing error, or a delivery address we can't reach — we'll tell you and refund you in full.

We may cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or breach these terms.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD and include tax. Shipping is free on all orders.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify. We don't see or store your card details.

We try to keep pricing accurate. If an item is listed at the wrong price we'll contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days, with delivery to the US in 4–7 days from dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays outside our control can happen.

Risk passes to you on delivery.

You are responsible for giving us a correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may be chargeable.

5. Warranty

All orders include a 60 day warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of delivery.

Customers who purchase The Complete Kit receive an extended warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers faults in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear to the cover, or use contrary to the supplied instructions.

To make a claim, contact us through the form on this site with your order number and a description of the fault. We may ask for photos or video. If we can't resolve it, we'll repair, replace or refund at our discretion.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights.

6. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photography is illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens.

7. Intended use and health

Amoretta products are personal massage and heat devices intended for the temporary relief of minor muscle aches and tension. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a diagnosed neck or spine condition, have had surgery, are pregnant, or have an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Follow the instructions supplied with the product. We're not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse, use contrary to the instructions, or use against medical advice.

8. Reviews and customer content

If you send us a photo, video or review, you give us permission to use it on our site, marketing and social channels. You confirm the content is yours to share and that anyone identifiable in it has agreed. Tell us if you want it removed and we will.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Our liability

We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded by law.

Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
